Campers develop skills in orienteering which teaches them to use a compass and plan hiking treks. They gain a higher level of independence and self-esteem. Campers must be able to hike, follow simple directions, and have basic self-help skills. Campers enjoy this outdoor camp program so much that they become very interested in sometime joining our Travel Camp programs, a next step up in outdoor camping!
